No. If you have Figma files or a design you like, I'll build from those. If you don't, design is part of the process — we start with wireframes so you can see the structure before worrying about colours and fonts.
Every project includes 30 days of free support after launch for bugs and small tweaks. Beyond that, ongoing changes are billed hourly or through a monthly maintenance retainer, whichever suits how often you need updates.
You do, completely. On final payment you receive the full source code, database, hosting credentials and design files. Nothing is locked behind my accounts, and you're free to hand it to another developer at any point.
Often yes. I'll audit what's there first and tell you honestly whether fixing it costs less than rebuilding. Sometimes an old site is worth saving; sometimes patching it costs more than starting clean, and I'd rather say so upfront.
50% before work begins, 50% on approval before launch. Larger platform projects are split into milestone payments tied to phases, so you're never paying far ahead of delivered work.
Yes — a good portion of my work is for overseas clients, including a hotel in London. Communication runs over email, WhatsApp or scheduled calls, and I keep my hours flexible enough to overlap with UK, Gulf and US time zones.
