Project terms require confirmation before launch.

These are draft working terms. A signed or otherwise accepted project proposal must define the final scope and commercial agreement.

Using this website

You may browse the work and submit a genuine inquiry. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, upload malicious files or submit content you have no right to share.

Portfolio and ownership

Portfolio work is presented to demonstrate the stated design or development contribution. Client names, trademarks, photography and third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Showing a project does not transfer rights to its assets.

Quotes and scope

Website packages show starting prices. A written proposal must confirm deliverables, page or product allowances, integrations, content responsibilities, revisions, timeline and exclusions. Changes to that scope require a separate agreed quote.

Payment and review

The existing pricing guide describes a 50% start payment and 50% before launch for standard projects, and milestone payments for larger platforms. The final project agreement must confirm the actual payment schedule, currency, taxes and review deadlines. No payment is collected through this website.

Timelines and third-party costs

Published delivery ranges are estimates. Content delays, review turnaround, integrations and scope changes can affect the schedule. Hosting, domains, platform subscriptions, licences and payment processing are separate unless included in the proposal.

Revisions, handover and licences

The proposal defines revision rounds, acceptance, ownership transfer and source-file delivery. Third-party materials retain their original licences. Clients must have permission to use the content and assets they supply.

Cancellation and disputes

Cancellation, refunds, liability limits, dispute handling and governing law must be agreed in the final contract before paid work begins. This website does not set an unconfirmed refund policy or replace a project agreement.
