This website is operated by Abdul Hai, an independent website developer and creative designer based in Pakistan. For questions or requests about your information, email info@abdulhai.online.
Information you choose to share
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. The short project brief asks which service you need, an estimated budget, a short description, your name and email address. Share only what is useful to discuss your project; please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information.
How your enquiry is used
I use enquiry details to understand your request, assess the work, prepare a quote and reply to you. Submitting a form does not add you to a marketing list. In this static version of the website, your form prepares a message addressed to info.abdulhaikhan@gmail.com in your email app. The website does not save that submission in an enquiry database. You complete sending in the app you choose.
Cookies and browser preferences
This static version does not set an application session cookie or store request counters. The hosting provider may keep connection or security logs.
This site currently has no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Your cookie choice is saved in browser storage for six months. Your day/night appearance and pricing-market preferences are also saved in this browser so the website can remember them. You can clear these preferences through your browser’s site-data controls.
Videos, WhatsApp and external links
Portfolio preview images are hosted with this website. Optional Adobe video players load only after you allow external media and press Play. Loading a player shares normal connection information with Adobe, such as your IP address and browser details. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer; withdrawing permission unloads active external players on the current page.
WhatsApp, email, social profiles and original project links open the service you select. If you send a message or load an external service, that provider handles your information under its own privacy notice. Messages are sent only when you complete the action in the relevant service.
Storage, access and retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to 365 days, unless they form part of an ongoing client relationship or there is a documented need to keep them longer. You can request deletion of a message record by contacting me. This static website does not retain form submissions or application sessions. Information may be processed by the website host or the communication provider you choose, including outside your country.
I restrict access to enquiry records and use the website’s authentication and request protections to reduce unauthorised access. Please use email to discuss a suitable way to share confidential project materials.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to see, correct or delete the enquiry information you have provided, or ask about how it is used. Email info@abdulhai.online from the address used for your enquiry and provide enough context to identify it. I may need to verify the request before sharing or changing a record. Available rights and any necessary record-keeping exceptions depend on the rules that apply to your situation.
You can decline optional media, change your cookie choice or contact me without using the project brief. Personal information is not sold.
